How we handle your data.

1. Data controller

Kuna Labs IA S.A.C. ("Kuna Labs"), reachable at alvaro@kunalabs.ai, is the controller of any personal data you provide through this website.

2. What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect: name, email, company (optional), and the message you send. We also log anonymous technical metadata (UTM parameters, referrer, IP, approximate country) to understand how you reached us.

3. What we use it for

• Answering your inquiry and scheduling an initial conversation.
• Sending commercial proposals related to your request.
• Measuring campaign effectiveness (aggregate analytics).
• Complying with applicable legal obligations.

Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form (art. 13 of Peruvian Law 29733; GDPR art. 6(1)(a) for EU visitors).

4. How long we keep it

24 months from your last contact, unless legal obligations require longer retention. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Who we share it with

Only with providers that let us operate the site and our communications: hosting (Cloudflare), automation (n8n.cloud), email (Google Workspace), calendar (Cal.com) and analytics (Plausible). Each provider meets its own data-protection standards. We do not sell or trade personal data under any circumstances.

6. Your rights

Under Peruvian Law 29733 (and GDPR for EU residents) you may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection to the processing of your data. To do so, email alvaro@kunalabs.ai from the registered address or attach an ID document. We respond within 20 business days.

You may also file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPD) or your local EU data protection authority if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use Plausible (cookie-less analytics) by default. If you accept cookies via the consent banner, we will also use Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel to measure conversions. You may revoke consent at any time from the same banner.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we'll post the new version here with an effective date. For material changes we'll notify you by email if you have an active relationship with us.
