1. Who we are

This website is informational. Use is free and does not require registration. Any commercial proposal is agreed in writing through a contract signed by both parties — content on this site does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Intellectual property

Site content (text, graphics, the Kuna Labs brand) belongs to Kuna Labs IA S.A.C. You may quote with attribution; any commercial use requires prior written authorization.

4. Accounting and tax services

Any service that involves accounting review or tax filing is executed under the supervision of a Peruvian licensed accountant (Contador Público Colegiado). The AI systems we implement assist the accounting team; the final professional responsibility rests with the licensed accountant who signs each deliverable.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

Service proposals, contracts and professional deliverables have their own binding terms, which prevail over this document.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Cercado de Lima, unless otherwise agreed in the applicable service contract.
